I for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns, release BMW CCA Club Racing, the BMW CCA, their assignees, officers, agents and successors (collectively called "the releasees") from any and every claim, demand, action a whatever kind or nature and any cost loss, or expense. In connection with this BMW CCA Club Racing School event, I further agree that the vehicle used during this driving event will be operated by a fully licensed driver over the age of 18.
