We would like to thank all of you who participated in our Annual Memorial Day Race weekend last year and welcome all who will be participating this year. We are very happy to be the Central Region Premeir Race and will be having 3 points races this weekend. Two 25 minute(30 minute session) sprint races on Saturday and a 45 minute sprint or an enduro race on Sunday.
The Saturday schedule will consist of a practice session, qualifying session for the first sprint race, Sprint race 1 and then Sprint race 2. The finishing order of the first sprint race will be the starting grid for race 2. The Sunday schedule will consist of a warmup/qualifying session and either a 45 minute sprint race or possibly a 1 hour enduro. That race will be held right after the lunch hour so you will be able to get on the road for you with long tows etc.
We would like your input on the Sunday race whether to run sprint or enduro. Contact either Tim or myself, Harvey Rogers at harvbmw@aol.com.
As far as which races will be what points will be announced at a later date.
We are planning a fun, fast action packed weekend and look forward to your participation.
This year we have started using www.Motorsportreg.com to accept payments for Friday and Races. After you have registered please go their website to make payment. Make sure you have the Club Race event as we are also hosting An HPDE that weekend and that is a separate registration.
You can also include payment with your app and credentials(made out to NOC BMW CCA) that need to be mailed in.
There will be a MANDATORY ROOKIE Meeting at Quality Inn & Suites, 1000 Comfor Dr, Bellville OH 419-886-7000 Friday May 28th at 8:00pm. This is our headquarters hotel where we have a block of rooms reserved also.

Gargages are available on a first come/first served basis. They are $225 for the event and can be reserved by contacting Harvey Rogers at harvbmw@aol.com or 330-655-2707. Once you have reserved garage please include payment (made out to NOC BMW CCA) when sending in app and credentials.

Friday is available for testing/tuning at $150. It will be run under our HPDE rules.

We will refund your Friday and/or race fees as long as wheels do not touch the track less a 5% processing fee.
